Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your order.
By placing an order with Sudbury Blinds Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Made to measure
All products supplied by Sudbury Blinds Ltd are made to measure for your specific requirements. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

Payment terms
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of installation unless agreed in writing beforehand. Title of the goods remains with Sudbury Blinds Ltd until payment is received in full.

Deposits & cancellation
A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order once manufacture has commenced, except where required by law.

Delivery & lead times
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, manufacturing times or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Installation
Installation is carried out by our experienced fitters. You must ensure clear access to windows and doors. We are not liable for delays or additional costs where access is restricted.

Customer responsibilities
Please ensure someone is at home at the agreed time of installation. You are responsible for the condition of your windows and surrounding areas. Sudbury Blinds Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects or poor existing workmanship.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all in-house manufactured Pleated Screens, Perfect Fit Blinds and Fly Screens. We offer a 12-month warranty on all externally supplied Venetian blinds and other supplier-manufactured products. Warranty is valid from the date of installation.

Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, insects, children, condensation, neglect, incorrect operation, cleaning or maintenance, alteration or repair by unauthorised persons, or normal wear and tear. Repairs or remakes after 12 months will be chargeable.

Limitation of liability
Sudbury Blinds Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Retention of title
Ownership of all goods remains with Sudbury Blinds Ltd until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to recover any unpaid goods.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
